Appointments for Pre-qualification screenings beginning Feb. 16th can be made between 9 AM and noon Mondays and Wednesdays.
This must be accomplished before care can be given!

Free medical, dental, pharmaceutical, optometric, lab tests, diabetic education and spiritual care will be offered 6 - 9 PM the first and third Thursdays of each month beginning Feb. 19th.

• Resident of Mississippi County
• Fall below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines
• Not have health or dental insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, ARKids First or VA benefits
• Have completed the interview process and been approved prior to treatment.

When qualified, an appointment will be scheduled.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

• MEDICAL - Adult care for acute and chronic illnesses
• DENTAL CARE - Limited to extractions / infections
• PHARMACY - Prescription medication (no controlled drugs) prescribed by Clinic doctors and dentists only
• OPTOMETRY - Screening for glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts.
• LAB TESTING - Limited laboratory testing ordered by Clinic doctors
• PASTORAL CARE -Available for patients on request or by referral of Clinic physicians
• DIABETIC EDUCATION - Available on request or by referral

NOT PROVIDED:

• Well-child care
• Immunizations or any service provided by the Mississippi County Health Department
• OB/GYN
