Vehicle related information
Written and road tests for Arkansas Driver's License issue or renewal are conducted at the Gosnell Community Center, 307 S. Air Base Highway, by the
Arkansas State Police every Friday with written tests 9 AM - noon and road tests 1 - 4 PM (weather permitting). (3/2/08)
In Osceola, written tests are at 9 AM and practicals at 1 PM at the Osceola Community Center, 382 N. Country Club Road on Tuesdays.
Written tests for a Commercial License (CDL) are on the same schedules with practical tests

A multi-faceted state agency which provides financing for housing, economic development and agriculture for public entities, nonprofit and for profit developers. The agency does not receive general funds from the state legislature. Through its Housing Division, ADFA administers the Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB) Program, the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) which provides financing for affordable housing for low- to moderate income persons throughout the state.
