- Health Line - A 24-hour source of information and referral concerning both specific County and State projects and general health related topics - 1-800-235-0002
- HIV Medical Care, Screening & Surveillance - Provides testing, counseling, education, referral and partner notification assistance for patients; funding to community-based organizations in the medical and case management of individuals who are HIV positive.
- Hospice Program - Provides special caring services through a Medicare certified and state licensed program to patients who have a terminal illness through a physician-guided group of nurses, home health aides, social workers, counselors and volunteers. The program also covers medications, medical equipment and bereavement counseling for the family/caregiver.
