Plans are underway to purchase a bench honoring the late physician's 40 years of service to Keiser and the surrounding community from 1928 - 1967.

I am Dr.Polk's granddaughter and here it is 2010 and I'm just seeing this post on the internet about a tribute to my grandfather. Whatever came to be about the tribute? Thank you so much, Lindy Wilson
